The Biscuit Factory is a secure building which is locked to the public. We ask all visitors to wait outside these black doors on Anderson Place upon arrival. Your Instructor will let you in 5 minutes before your session is due to start. We ask for you to be waiting outside on time (preferably 10 minutes before your session is due to start). If you miss your Instructor letting you in 5 minutes before your session you risk missing your session. We cannot answer the phone/ emails / Facebook DM's once classes have started so out of courtesy for your Instructor, fellow Polers and also so as not to miss your session, please be on time. No refunds will be given for missed sessions due to lateness.
