ooh we love to celebrate! so whether you're looking to book us for a hen party, birthday, team building, divorce celebration or just because; we are waiting to hear from you!
when?
we are available for private parties past 4pm on Saturdays or all day Sundays, which are subject to availability.
we can also look to accommodate other days & times, which may incur a separate charge due to specified times out of our normal opening hours.
what's included?
during your 90 minute party, you & your friends will enjoy learning a mix of spins, tricks & floorwork; all then choreographed into your own routine. we also offer Chair Dance & non-pole choreography parties too!
you may bring your own refreshments to class & take a look at our extra options.

extra options
turn the final 15 minutes of your party into a mini-photoshoot for you & your friends! this is £30 extra & all images will be emailed to you after your party.
we can also arrange decoration, food & drink requests etc, which will incur a separate charge. prices may vary & are subject to availability.
what are the terms?
a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. the rest will be paid by cash on arrival. deposits are paid via our TeamUp booking system, where a booking link will be provided via email.
if your group numbers change your price per person may change.
we have a 7 day cancelation policy. if cancelling with more than 7 days, you will receive a refund. less than 7 days and your deposit will be retained but you will not be required to pay the balance.
extra package options (such as photography/ decorations etc) do not require a deposit but do require payment in cash on arrival. this is due to these being separate services to Pivot Pole Studio, an therefore we cannot take payment on their behalf.
please arrive 15 minutes before your session is due to start in order to have time to change & settle in. we require all participants to complete a safety waiver before we start, which will be emailed to you in your booking confirmation.
we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality private parties, therefore all instructors are fully qualified, insured & first aid trained. our studio is a purpose built pole studio with dual lined competition poles, floor length mirrors, atmospheric lighting & a comfortable changing area.
