SXY HEELS FLOW
IMPROVERS + (PAYG)
Duration: 60 minutes
Need an excuse to buy more pole heels? This class is your chance to learn a fun dance sequence focusing on fundamental low flow moves and perfecting your heel technique. Incorporating spins, low flow, heel work, and base work, this class is perfect for everyone wanting to find their dance style, have fun, and boost their confidence. You'll learn to execute movements safely and with control, setting you up for success in upcoming choreography workshops at our Workshop Weekends, or with guest Instructors. At the end, you'll have the opportunity to film the sequence to music and dance at your own pace.
This class is suitable for
This class is suitable for students who are comfortable with basic spins like Chair Spin and elements from our Beginners SXY Heels Flow, such as pirouettes, shoulder rolls, and wavy legs. Inverts are not required. The choreography will be similar across both levels, with beginners focusing on a slower pace and more breakdown of fundamentals, while intermediates move faster and cover more of the sequence. This is not suitable for absolute beginners (why not try our 4 Week Intro to Pole course?).
