INTRO PROGRESSION
(PAYG)
Duration: 60 minutes
You've just finished our 4 Week Intro to Pole Course. What now? Intro Progression! From this moment you are welcome to join all our PAYG classes, giving you more freedom to plan your training (without being restricted to the same day and time each week). In these sessions, you'll build on what you've learned in our 4 Week Intro to Pole course as well as learn to climb, sit and perform loads of beautiful spins, shapes & transitions.
This class is suitable for
Students who have completed our 4 Week Intro to Pole Course (or equivalent elsewhere). This is not suitable for absolute beginners (why not try our 4 Week Intro to Pole course?).
What to wear and bring
Wear pole shorts and a t-shirt, vest top, or sports bra.
Classes are barefoot but you are welcome to bring pole heels.
All jewellery must be removed.
No body lotions, oils, or fake tans to be applied within 24 hours of your class.
Bring water, a pole cloth and a fully charged phone to record your progress.

Booking and Cancellations:
24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours your credit will be returned to your account. Ensure you unregister on TeamUp to allow others on the waitlist to book your spot.
Door and Lateness Policy:
Please arrive 5 minutes early where you will be let into the building by your Instructor. We cannot accommodate late arrivals, and no refunds will be given for missed classes. Our building is securely locked to the public, with no buzzer, and instructors are not available for phone contact. Familiarise yourself with the door policy before attending.
