FLEXIBILITY FLOW
BACKS & SHOULDERS (PAYG)
Duration: 60 minutes
In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn how to stretch safely to build mobility, stability, and flexibility. Through anatomy-based coaching, we'll focus on strengthening active muscles and lengthening others to improve body control, endurance, and posture. Active flexibility drills will flow together at a realistic pace, promoting injury prevention and a positive mindset. Perfect for Polers & non-Poler s alike.
This class is suitable for
Anyone at any level. No pole experience required. This is a pole free class.
What to wear and bring
Keeping warm is key; wear form fitting layers (such as leggings and a long sleeve top or tshirt) that allow you to move.
Classes are barefoot but bring socks.
All jewellery must be removed.
Bring water, a pole cloth and a fully charged phone to record your progress.
Booking and Cancellations:
24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours your credit will be returned to your account. Ensure you unregister on TeamUp to allow others on the waitlist to book your spot.
Door and Lateness Policy:
Please arrive 5 minutes early where you will be let into the building by your Instructor. We cannot accommodate late arrivals, and no refunds will be given for missed classes. Our building is securely locked to the public, with no buzzer, and instructors are not available for phone contact. Familiarise yourself with the door policy before attending.
