Training your way
Pole isn't one size fits all, so why should your training be? We offer a wide variety of classes from beginner to pro, including flexibility, floorwork, tricks, spins, strength training, dance & much more! Plus you can join us for in-house & guest instructor masterclasses and workshops to become the most well-rounded dancer you dream of!
With just 2 members per pole, our classes guarantee a personalised & intimate experience; allowing you to learn ar your own pace safely. Our classes span 4 ability levels (Intro to Pole & Intro Progression, Improvers, Intermediate and Advance) with a dedicated syllabus of tricks, spins, combinations, strength & flexibility.
Top tips & reminders for booking with us:
All bookings / cancellations are done through your TeamUp account. We do not take bookings over email or accept walk ins.
Classes are available to book 5 weeks in advance from our TeamUp booking page
All classes are paid for with pre-paid credits. Credits (unless specified) are valid 5 weeks from the date you buy them. It is your responsibility to check availability before buying & to use them before they expire. We do not offer extensions under any circumstances. Log into your TeamUp account to check your existing credits & their expiration dates if you're unsure.
Private Lessons & Semi-Private Lessons credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase
The majority of our classes have a 24 hour cancellation policy but we recommend reading the cancellation policy when booking each session on TeamUp.
