Are you ready to become part of our supportive network of students? Bored of the gym, or not exercised in a while, or you've been flirting with the idea of trying Pole? Our 4 Week Intro to Pole course may be the right step for you!

Focusing on building strength and teaching you the important fundamentals of pole, you'll learn a range of spins, transitions, floorwork and strength exercises. We run our course monthly so drop us a line for more information! 

 

Not sure if you're ready? We run Taster Sessions monthly, which is a great opportunity to visit the studio and meet our Instructors before deciding to book onto classes.

Completed our Intro to Pole syllabus? Time for P1! In these classes your training journey will be tailored to suit you as you progress onto more challenging spins, combinations, climbing, sitting and going upside down! 

This class is suitable for:

 

Students who have completed our Intro to Pole syllabus (or equivalent elsewhere) and can complete a pole crunch, fan kick as well as basic spins such as Fireman and Back Hook spin.

Are you ready for a new challenge? P2 really turns your pole repertoire on its head!

 

Building on your newly built strength and flexibility, P2 will focus introduce you to a range of beautiful inverted moves, poses higher up the pole, more complex spins and combination as well as intermediate low flow and floorwork.

 

Classes will be tailored to suit your ability, guaranteeing a personalised class with lots of pole and Instructor time.

 

This class is suitable for:

 

 Students who are confident performing a basic invert, as well as spins one handed, have a solid basic and side climb to the top of the pole and be comfortable sitting on the pole on both left and right from our Intro to Pole and P1 classes (or equivalent). 

P3: ADVANCE

(PAYG)

This class is designed to challenge you to improve your core strength, flexibility and endurance. Prepare for a level where your feet barely touch the floor! 

 

Here we'll start introducing advanced moves and combinations to your repertoire, including arms only moves and moves with less points of contact with the pole. We'll also work on higher intermediate and advanced low floor and floorwork.  

This class is suitable for:

 

Students who are confident in aerially inverting and who can comfortably shoulder mount, leg hang, layback, superman and ayesha prep on both left and right.

FLEXIBILITY

Incorporating static, PNF, dynamic and partner stretches, over time you will see a difference in your flexibility, range of motion and joint mobility, which will decrease the risk of injury in future.

We believe you should strengthen what you stretch, so there's a big focus on active flexibility training; guaranteed to give you results! 

 

Toe touching, split training, back bending, shoulder mobility, leg turn out and toe point will be all focused on to give you an all round, workout and stretch session!

This is a high-intensity class which will encourage you to push your limits every time. Expect to challenge yourself and look forward to the rewards! All fitness levels welcome, but be ready to work hard see improvements in your pole training quickly.

Every session will be a thorough workout for all your muscle groups and improve your all-round fitness. Ideal for both pole dancing as well as other disciplines.

You will see improvements in stamina and strength with each session and definitely notice the difference when taking part in other pole dance classes from beginners to advanced lessons.

Time to transition what you have been learning on static pole to spin pole. Learn how to activate (and control!) your spins, master climbing, static poses and translate and complement your existing spin-ventory to the pole.

 

In beginners we will build up to inverting on spinning pole when you are ready. Fun and challenging, this class will add more depth to your pole journey.

 

This class is suitable for:

 

P1 students onwards. Being able to climb and sit on static is beneficial. For Int/ Adv you must have spin pole experience and be able to climb, sit, invert and know the fundamental spins from Beginners Spin.

You know what they say: Practice makes progress!

 

Practice Sessions are a great opportunity to practice moves you have been training in class. There won't be any teaching of new moves, but your Instructor will be on hand if you need tips, pointers, or spotting for the moves you have been learning.

 

It is also a great opportunity to meet other Members and spend time training with your friends! All dancers and aerialists are welcome!  

This class is suitable for:

 

All our members from Intro to Pole onwards, so long as you have somethingto work on which you've been taught in class! Not suitable for complete beginners.

Private lessons are great for:

  • Students who prefer 1:1 attention over class environments or large groups.

  • Nailing those nemesis tricks and spins.

  • Helping with routine and competition preparations.

  • Enjoying pole with a friend or two!

  • Students who struggle to make weekly classes but want to progress in their poling.

We have a range of hours available over the week, every week, and can cater for all levels of polers from Beginner to Advance. Drop us a line if you're unsure which Instructor would be best to suit your needs!

Let’s shift the focus from tricks and concentrate on exploring your own personal creativity, musicality, mobility and flow in a safe, encouraging and non-judgemental environment.

 

Combining contemporary, lyrical and low flow, Pole Flow will diversify your repertoire and provide a refreshing approach to creating your own pole dance choreography. Learn how to fuse your existing range of spins and tricks with the grace and freedom of dance to create powerful, emotionally captivating routines, whilst increasing your fluidity of movements and transitions on and off the pole.

Each block is 2 weeks long so please ensure you can join us for both weeks before booking.

 

This course is suitable for:

 

All levels, but some pole experience (Intro to Pole) would be beneficial. This class can alternate between spinning and static pole.

Fridays at 7:20pm and 8:25pm

Join us for Filthy Friday! Time to forget the trick and strength training and enjoy rolling around on the floor and lower half of the pole. Be prepared for lots of cheering and celebrations!

 

Dress up (as much or as little as you like!) , bring your heels*, let your hair down and come and learn an exotic/ classique dance in a non-judgmental space to some banging tunes.

Each block is 2 weeks long so please ensure you can join us for both weeks before booking.

This course is suitable for:

 

ALL levels and everyBODY welcome, but some pole experience (Intro to :Pole) would be beneficial. Strictly over 18's only and no spectators permitted. 

* Must be pole specific indoor only shoes such as Pleasers. Please wear shoes suitable to your ability.
